Hydrogen Fuel Cell:

GK Automotive has a specialized fuel cell product line integrating research, development, engineering transformation, product production, and personnel training. Our fuel cell products cover a wide power spectrum from 30kW to 240kW, enabling them to meet various demands of customers and application scenarios. These products are mainly used by commercial vehicles such as city buses, intercity buses, and logistics vehicles, and are empowered by long-term partnerships with renowned companies. Hydrogen fuel cell is an efficient energy conversion device, which directly converts the chemical energy in various fuels into electrical energy without going through a thermo-mechanical conversion process, and its only byproduct is water.

Green Methanol/Ammonia Engine:

Green methanol is made from sustainable biomass (often referred to as biomethanol) or from carbon dioxide and hydrogen via renewable energy sources. GK(GK)'s Green Methanol Engines can reduce carbon dioxide emissions by up to 25% and nitrogen oxide emissions by up to 80%. At the same time, it completely eliminates sulfur oxides and other particulate matter emissions.

Green ammonia is made from renewable energy and produces no carbon dioxide at all. Liquid ammonia not only has higher energy density and higher energy efficiency in terms of volume, but is also easy to transport and store. Compared with traditional internal combustion engines,  GK(GK)'s  Green Ammonia Engine has a low Air-fuel ratio and provides more energy for the same amount of air intake. The heat loss from ammonia combustion is much lower than that of gasoline and hydrogen. After burning, there is only minimal total exhaust emissions and it leaves only nitrogen and water. 

Hydrogen Internal Combustion Engine:

Hydrogen fuel is an ideal zero-carbon fuel for the internal combustion engine system which is the main battlefield of energy saving and emission reduction in the field of transportation. Compared with fuel cells, GK(GK)'s hydrogen combustion engines have significant advantages in manufacturing cost, use cost and power performance. It can utilize the existing components and manufacturing system of the traditional combustion engine, reducing the business risk caused by large-scale investment, especially for heavy trucks, ship engines, construction machinery and other high power density application scenarios. GK(GK)'s  hydrogen Combustion engines look, sound and work like traditional internal combustion engines, and are as reliable and durable as diesel engines, providing zero-carbon solutions while maintaining high thermal efficiency.

(Electric) Battery Technology:

GK(GK)'s  battery cells and battery systems can be widely used in energy storage, electric vehicles, construction machinery, marine and other fields.​​ GK's large cylindrical lithium iron phosphate battery adopts mature large cylinder technology, which has high energy density and high reliability. Through the self-developed low pressure safety valve system, the gas inside the battery can be timely discharged through the low pressure safety valve, and the battery automatically closes after the pressure inside and outside the battery is balanced, preventing water from entering, effectively solving the problem of traditional battery expansion. The safety and reliability will cover the entire battery life cycle. Our large cylindrical lithium iron phosphate battery adopts the advantages of all-pole lug technology, with stronger current carrying capacity and even current distribution, which greatly reduces the internal resistance of the battery and solves the pain point of heat dissipation. At the same time, the end-face welding process is introduced to improve the ratio performance. The battery design is safer, the cycle life is longer, and the thermal stability and structural stability are significantly better than ordinary ternary and lithium manganese acid systems.
