GK Automotive is planning to acquire a Japanese Automotive China
GK Automotive has reached intention agreement with a Japanese Group that GK Automotive will acquire a Japanese Automotive China business.
a Japanese Automotive Tangshan Plant:
Tangshan plant began its mass production in 2018 and has engaged in SMC production and Battery cover manufacturing. This plant is also a hub of R&D and engineering.
a Japanese Automotive Changzhou Plant:
Changzhou plant began its operation in 2022 and manufactures High appearance Class A products (Hood, Roof, Door Panel) and structural products (Tailgate Inner, Battery Cover).
Shenyang plant is built for BBA and started mass production in 2023.
