GK Automotive is planning to acquire a Japanese Automotive Europe

GK Automotive has reached intention agreement with a Japanese Group that GK Automotive will acquire a Japanese Automotive Europe business.

a Japanese Automotive Plant Leca:

Established in 1973, Leca specializes in production of high-quality SMC products, specifically decklids, fenders, and spoilers in the Class A category.

a Japanese Automotive Plant Palmela:

Palmela began its operation in 2004 and is capable of manufacturing high appearance RTM products, such as doors in the Class A category.
